Brookside Family Life Center Needs Your Help

Ministering to people is the common calling the Lord has placed on our hearts. Union Mission has been raised up to minister to needy folks who, often in time of personal crisis, have nowhere to turn. We believe that we, as part of the greater “church” of Jesus Christ, are here to meet the needs of people who have some desperate circumstances to deal with and need help immediately.

Currently we have seen an increase in the number of women and children who are facing critical circumstances in their lives. Rejection, substance abuse, unplanned pregnancies, economic dire straits and other issues have risen in these recent days that have increased the number of women and children needing help. With the increase of help there is also a commensurate demand for people to be “helpers” of these needy souls.

Union Mission is looking to fill several paid, full-time and part-time positions at our Brookside Family Life Center. We are also looking to see some volunteer positions filled. If you have some Spirit-filled, mature, Godly women in your congregation who you believe could minister to other women who need a strong, steady influence in their lives, would you direct their attention to our needs at Union Mission? You may know some ladies in your congregation who have a heart of compassion, a head of clear-thinking, and the resolve to see things through to the finish who might just be what we need. Please let them know of our needs. Or, have them call us for more information about the opportunities that are open right now.
